[IPO] Big Hit Entertainment, the company behind K-Pop sensation BTS has confirmed its plans to go public. The company will offer 7.1 million shares and looks to raise up to $810 million.

[IPO] The Hut Group, British e-commerce business has confirmed that it plans on raising £920 million at a £4.5 billion valuation. This would make it the largest IPO in the UK this year.

[Sovereign Debt] Laos faces the risk of default on its debt as its forex reserves fell below the $1 billion mark. Moody’s had previously downgraded Laos to Caa2, deep into the ‘junk’ category. Laos has approached China for a possible debt restructuring.

[Legal] The SEC’s investigation into the mobile trading platform, Robinhood, for not disclosing deals with high-speed traders is at an advanced stage. If the firm chooses to settle, it will have to pay over $10 million in fines.
